Services We Provide Badger Kustoms uses quality paints such as PPG, House of Kolor, OneShot and now Harley Davidson factory brand paints.   All parts manufactured by Badger Kustoms are tested, pre-fit (where applicable) and come with our personal guarantee for your satisfaction. All stock replacement and aftermarket parts are sourced through reputable corporations and often come direct from the dealer.

Sure we can build a bike in 10 days, but we'd feel far more confident in your personal safety if we took just a little longer to make sure everything works properly.

Badger Kustoms Warranty Info. Thank you for choosing Badger’s Kustom Creations.  The parts and/or services you have purchased are covered under the following warranties: Paint work:  Is covered for 18 months against, rust, fading, cracking, peeling, delamination, bubbling, or material defects.  Please be careful to quickly wipe clean any spilled fuel, brake fluid, or other chemicals, as no top coat is completely impervious to spills.  Such damage is easily recognizable by BKC and will void your warranty.  Rock chips, bug splats, scratches, dents and dings from normal use are often easily fixed by Badger, but also not covered under your warranty.  The warranty focuses on damage due to material or workmanship failures.   Custom Sheetmetal: If you have purchased tank, oil bag, or fender sets from BKC you will be covered for 18 months against, material defect, weld or craftsmanship failures.  The fuel bung area is particularly sensitive to fuel vapors and a new cap is highly recommended.  Please wipe clean any fuel, brake fluid, or other chemical spillage as your warranty will not cover this.  All tanks are pressure tested prior to shipping to ensure a quality product. Custom Fabrication:  If you have purchased a frame, back rest, handlebars, forks, controls, or other hand fabricated items from BKC your warranty will be covered for 25 months against material defect, weld or craftsmanship failures.  Your parts although handmade, are precision engineered by Badger and would only fail under abusive situations.  Crashes, accidents, poor installation or misuse will not be covered unless the cause is determined to be from the part itself.

'36 Chevy Pro Mod Drag Car. Fiberglass body by Glassworks, chassis and rear wing (aluminum) by Badger and his father. All components custom fit and installed also.

Badger hand crafted this '36 Chevy Pro-Mod down force wing.   Major companies said "it cannot be done by hand"..... NEVER, tell a Badger it cannot be done!!!

This is an inside panel that rests between the wheels.  Badger first bead rolled the flame, then painted it to give it contrast. They said flames couldn't be bead rolled either......
